Safepass code texts from Bank of America not received in my Iphone 11

Hi!!

I am trying to add my iphone 11 (unlocked and working with an AT&T sim card) to my BOFA account as a safepass phone number but the safepass codes that Bank Of America sends me to my phone never make it.

Has someone experience this?

Can you guys give me some advice?

    • If yes, type Help to that short code and it should provide a return message with instructions on how to opt back in.
  • Are you receiving short codes from any other sources?
