Request to unlock 13promax

Hello, I'm traveling abroad now. I can't use the phone cards of other countries or the Internet. I would like to ask you to help me make a travel unlock, so that I can use it abroad for the time being. I can't use the mobile phone network, which makes me very difficult abroad.

You need to use the unlock portal:

In the unlock portal, you have to provide the IMEI in the portal or how would they know which phone to unlock.

Read the unlock requirements. Your phone needs to be paid off to unlock.

@wanghan This is a public forum, do not post your imei here. Please remove it. There is no temporary unlock. Your phone either qualifies to be unlocked or it doesn’t but you must use the unlock portal.

Hello, @wanghan! We understand the urgency of wanting to get your device unlocked!

You can submit the device unlock request online, once you submit the unlock request you will receive an email to confirm your unlock request. You would then allow up to seven business days to receive correspondence on if the device unlock request was approved.

Please be sure you meet all the device unlock eligibility requirements.

We hope this information was helpful, and please let us know if you have any additional questions.
