Removing blacklisted IP for sending text messages to clients through a SaaS application

Hello,

It appears our SaaS application's IP or send address has been blacklisted from sending application-based messages to our customers. How can we remove the IP and/or send address from the blacklist?

Thanks tons,

Gary

Let's see if we get you removed @hopingforassistance,

In this situation we recommend that you visit the Hiya Help page. You can request to be removed by submitting on that site. However, please keep in mind that removal is not guaranteed.

I'm a little confused.

Which options do I select on that form to whitelist messages being sent from our application to AT&T wireless customers?

Greetings @hopingforassistance,

thanks for reaching back. allow us to take a look further.

We are curious to know what are all the options available to you on the form? We see here that the form has 4 columns to fill and none of the options shows whitelisting.

We'd appreciate your feedback soon.

Please see my original question, and then review the form you referred me to.

Which options should I select on the form when I submit my support request?

Thanks!
