Removed unlimited data plan without notifying
I lost my phone a week ago so I had to change to my old one.
ATT said that I need new sim card so I went there changed but once I got home I found out they removed my unlimited data plan. They wanted me to get new data plan. Here is the thing even they told me that they opened the case I can't stop thinking they are trying to get new 6g or 3g plan not giving me back original plan. However, I am trying to file a complain. Where i can find one n ATT site and if you know any third party to help this issue please let me know.

This just happen to me this weekend, November 16, 2014. I received a message about I reach my cap in Data Usage when I knowly know I have a unlimited data. Contact ATT and they insisted that I had not had unlimited for the past last billing cycle but when I log in it clearly said I had unlimited data. I requested to be transferred to a supervisor where he mention there must of been an error in removing my unlimited data. So now I have to wait 7 days for this to be resolved. This is unsatisfactory when I have been a loyal customers for over 7 years.
