Receiving text messages.

I just recently switched to AT&T.  I am having an issue receiving text messages. I can send them just fine and don't have an issue. I have switched from the messaging app that came on my samsung s20 to messages by Google and still having the same issue. I have restarted my phone, toggled airplane mode on and off, cleared caches, checked for updates, and nothing has helped.

My first thought is port not Complete.

If you used an iPhone previously, unregister from imessage
