Question About The New Mobile Share Value Plans As Of 8-15-15 ( Calling To Mexico Feature )

Our promotional Mobile Share Value plans that are 15GB and above include unlimited international long distance calling from the U.S., Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands (your domestic calling area) to Canada and Mexico. To get one of these promotional plans, just sign up or change your existing plan to one of our new 15GB and above promotional plans before the offer ends.

 

To compare and change your plan:

1. Select myAT&T at the top of the page. If prompted, log in.
2. Hover over Wireless at the top of the page, and then select Change My Plan.
3. Your comparison of your current plan and selected Mobile Share Value plan will be displayed. To compare with other Mobile Share Value plans, select the plus or minus sign next to the Mobile Share Value data amount. Not sure how much data you need? Estimate your data needs.
4. To continue changing your plan, click the Select this Plan button. If prompted, confirm the devices that will be moved from your current plan to Mobile Share Value, and then select Continue.
5. Review your changes. To change the effective date for your plan change, select the Edit link. Then, select a date from the available options, and then click the Select button.
6. Read the Terms & Conditions, and to accept, select Submit.
7. When the changes are complete, you'll receive a confirmation message.

The unlimited calling to Mexico and Canada add on doesn't get added unless you have a 15 GB Mobile Share Plan or higher.
