Problem with receiving text response for email sent to txt.att.net/mms.att.net - length restriction?
I am attempting to send email to text from a Salesforce instance. But I never receive the text response from the mobile user.
The idea is to send a message from Salesforce and to have the response returned back to Salesforce.
To do this, we send it from a unique email address, which is generated by Salesforce. It's a pretty long email address. For example: [email scrubbed]
Is there a length restriction on the "reply to" email address?

OMGOSH, same problem. And after online chat with ATT today, they told me, not an ATT issue, contact Microsoft support. I was gong to do that tomorrow. I started out with Geek Squad who referred me to ATT. I am totally frustrated.
