Postpaid messaging

After the recent update i being harrassed each time i want to sent a text message. Theres an ad for postpaid customers for advanced messaging services which im not interested in. There is no option to opt out of the offer. U can either press ok or learn more. Its very annoying.  I shouldnt have to call att to how they are so sorry about the problem.  Does anyone know how to remove the ad?
