picture texts

I can't send or receive picture texts messages from the other line on my account. We both have to turn off Wi-Fi to send or receive picture texts to the other line on my account. I don't have trouble with any other phones or carriers. I don't have time to constantly be spending hours on the phone with ATT trying to fix the constant issues I've had with my S10s. Very frustrated. Thinking they need to provide free wifi, fix the issues or I should switch carries. The issue happens whether we are on the same wifi or different and have tried it at multiple different locations. Internet and all other phone features still work!

Hey there @daniellerager18!

 

Let's look into why you're unable to send MMS messages to that other phone on your account. The issue step you should take is rebooting the device which is similar to removing and reinserting the battery and clears the RAM.

  1. Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons for approximately 10 seconds or until the device power cycles.
  2. From the Maintenance Boot Mode screen, select Normal Boot.
    1. Use the volume buttons to cycle through the available options and use the lower left button (just below the volume buttons) to select.

If your issue persists despite the first steps, you'll want to check whether mobile data is working by performing the following steps:

  1. From the top of your screen, slide a pair of fingers down.
  2. Tap the Mobile data icon to enable the feature (disabled: grayed out).
  3. Tap the Home key to return to your Home screen.
