Phone will not send pictures

I have a galaxy s10e - had it for over a year and was able to send pictures no problem via text message.  Over the last 2 days any pictures I send are not received.  It appears as if they are sent, but the other person(s) do not receive.

What zip code are you located in? Are you having any issues with regular text messages or any other functions? Have you tried resetting your network settings or any other troubleshooting? With more details, we'll have a better idea of how to proceed.

I had this issue also on S10+.  Try cutting off Advanced Messaging under the cogwheel in the messaging app.  I've always had that on.  Once I did that, it worked again.
