Phone not sending picture messages.
Texts are going through fine, pictures are not. I have an S10 Plus. I have already done a network reset and a soft reset, as well as toggling data on/off following steps provided on this page:

Hey there @kaousuu!
Our systems show no tower undergoing scheduled maintenance in your area. Hopefully, those pictures will now successfully send to your contacts after you've performed a soft reset and reset the network setting.
You're more than welcome to give those troubleshooting steps via our Device Support Center a try. After selecting your device's make and model, select Connectivity then choose Signal & cellular data to begin troubleshooting.
One additional step you should try is to power cycle your phone. Simply press and hold the Power/Lock button, then select Power off > Power off. After 30 seconds, turn the device back on by pressing and holding the Power/Lock button until the screen lights up.

Hi Darais, I am in zip code 23518, we relocated here from 32233 in November. The problem apparently started last week if not earlier when my mom said she wasn't receiving pictures from me, but we thought it was her phone. Since then, my sister, brother, husband, and friend have all reported not receiving photos.
According to my settings, my system is fully up to date. I have not tried the troubleshooting tool yet, I can give that a go, but I did soft reset the phone and network settings. My husband (same account) was able to receive all pictures I sent him, my sister was able to get one out of several. I have also tried using wifi and wifi calling.
I do live very close to a large Navy base, and don't always have full bars, so I think service comes and goes as well. I will run the troubleshooter and report back with results.

Ran troubleshooter. Nothing found except it being interference from surrounding area, maybe. I tested messages to my sister again, and she got just 1 photo out of several in a row.

I am having the same problem. Sending pictures to an android or non-I-phone. Seems to be a AT&T problem. Does not appear to be a problem with other carriers. Tried all of the above. Exhausted remedies with apple. AT&T tech on chat line reset account info on their end. No issue receiving pictures or sending text or sending pictures to I-phones.
