My phone's has bars but no service or Internet, it worked for a small amount of time yesterday now today nothing at all.

Hi @thoza, let's get you back online.
To start, have you gone to our outage page to check and see if this is a confirmed outage? All you need to do is select your service, and enter your ZIP code into the search bar. You can also sign in for information about any outages in your area, and to recieve text alerts for any updates.
If no outages are showing up, then we recommend you reset your phone and remove and reinsert the SIM card as well. If your device still has no connection, then you can use our Troubleshoot and Resolve tool for personalized troubleshooting. All you need to do is select your device, then you can search the topics for your issue and respective troubleshooting steps.
