Phishing Scam?
I received the following message which I believe to be a phishing scam/spam text, can anyone verify this?
AT&T Free Msg: You used 95% of your data plan. Increased spam texts are draining your Data usage. Please clear spam messages >> b2gib.info/LbLMh6xhz3

Yes, definitely a scam text. Text messages don’t count against your data usage. Do not click the link.

We recommend reporting spam messages claiming to be form AT&T to AT&T Internet Security at abuse@att.net. Also forward any suspicious message to 7726(SPAM), do not click on any links or open attachments as doing so may compromise your data.
Check out Common Text Scams and more ways to defend yourself against texting scams. Lastly, we recommend our AT&T Mobile Security & Call Protect Apps for additional protection. These apps scan your mobile device and all apps for malware.
