Yes, there are a couple of ways. One is to sign up for ATT Messages. You can then text from a PC as if you were texting from your cell phone. The other is to use email. To text someone using email, send using the address "mobile number"@txt.att.net, where "mobile number" is the 10 digit cell phone number. For example, 5551234567@txt.att.net.
