Outside the US

Now I’m out the US for 4 months, what should I do to keep my number? Is there packages or offers for those who are in the middle east. Also, I’m an owner For multiline plan, what should I do to keep their numbers too? It is AutoPay does it mean that even if I’m outside the country it will renewed automatically as usual?

Yes it will renew as usual no matter where you are

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. To keep your number, you just keep paying. As noted above, since you are on autopay, nothing more you need to do. Since you are the multiline account owner, you are paying for all lines so you don’t want to stop paying. Unfortunately, prepaid does not roam in the Middle East, you won’t have service. There are no packages available. You will just have to pay for service you can’t use until you return. What you could have done is return all lines to individual plans, turned off multiline and then switch your plan to pay per use and then refill your account with $100. That would keep your account active and number safe without having to keep paying for a plan. A $100 refill is good for a year so it would still be there to use when you return. However, all of that needed to be done before you left. For now, just let autopay keep autopaying.
