Our business number has hit a spam filter on the AT&T network

Hi There,

We're an optometry office that recently seems to have our main number caught in the spam filter network of AT&T and Cricket. How can we get ourselves removed from the filter list? We communicate a lot with our patients through our texting service company, called Weave. We use them to send text to pay service as well, which through their service is pretty secure. We originally got our business through AT&T and transported over to Weave. We know it's our number being blocked because we have an alternate number with Weave and when we switch over we can communicate with our patients still.
