Thank you for reaching out to us about your current connectivity issue that you are experiencing with Number Sync on your wearable.
For any issues that you are having, we recommend that you update your Galaxy Watch 3 device to it's newest version. By doing this, it should resolve any technical issues you have when trying to connect your wearable with a device.
