not getting short code texts

Let's start with some basic troubleshooting first, as there can be a few reasons why you're not getting verification texts. So please try the following troubleshooting methods:

• Check if the short code number is blocked. If the number was accidentially blocked before, then you wouldn't getting any texts until the number is unblocked.
• Make sure you aren't opted out. You can do this just by sending Help or Subscribe to the short code number in question.
• Reset your network settings. A poor connection may be why you aren't getting short code text messages, and resetting your network settings is a quick way to refresh and improve your connection.
  • Please be aware that resetting your network settings will erase your saved Wi-Fi and network settings.

didnt work, this happened all of a sudden, so there was no opting out

Im having the same issue.   Its the ATT Active Armor app! no one knows how to fix it
