Needs working cellular data to work

My active armor mobile has up dated I set it up now it’s saying I need an active cellular data connection to work. I have that and it still pops up . How do o fix this?

There are two measures we can try. If the first doesn't work, proceed to the next one:

  • You can try resetting your network settings. This will delete all network settings, returning them to factory defaults. From the home screen, select the Settings app > scroll to and select General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > select Reset Reset Network Settings > select Reset Network Settings again to confirm.
  • Perform a soft reset. Press and quickly release the Volume up button > press and quickly release the Volume down button > press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.

If this doesn't work for you, we'll need the ZIP code you're located in. This will enable us to check the towers in your area.

The soft reset fixed the problem and allowed me to get it to work. But there was a pop up that had me turn off the Wi-Fi and use data until it loaded my account. I did that so it’s now fixed thank you
