NEED HELP

I had to swap out my BB yesterday due to some strange things happening so they gave me another one and had to go in and set it up for a second time. trouble is i set up my email accounts but i am not receiving any i also cannot compose it keeps telling me  "no message service configured can only set up draft. so what does this mean what do i need to do to get my e-mail up and running. [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]

We can definitely assist you with setting up email on your new wireless device. Do you have an AT&T email address? If so, you can Learn how to get AT&T email on a wireless device.
