My MMS messages quit downloading automatically and won't download manually.
I have this short code keeps texting me. And doesnt seem to stop (696-08) i sent this to att spam short code. Asks me to reply stop. But it doesn't do anything what can i do

We recommend continuing to report the messages by forwarding the message to 7726 or by filling out this form. This goes straight to AT&T’s spam defense team to get blocked.
For more specific guidance on how you can block unwanted spam texts, you can go to Device Support, select your device, and search 'block.'
