My hotspot stopped working

I have an unlimited plan with hotspot with 10 lines and now my line (only one) does not work.

Let's see what we can't do to get that Hotspot working for you. We just need a little more details about your experience:

  • Is it the primary line that's not working?
  • How's your signal strength, strong or poor?
  • Are you receiving an alert on the effected device when trying to connect?

If you haven't already, try resolving your experience by powering the device off then on again and check whether that device is able to connect.
