Mobile hotspot issues
On my old number, part of the same family plan, the mobile hotspot worked. I switched to this new line for privacy reasons and when i log into myATT it doesn't seem to recognize the LG pheonix 4 as my phone. It says its an unknown non-smart-phone.
When i try to use my hotspot it says this device and plan is unauthorized although my old number with the same device could do it no problem.
Is there an easy way to fix this?
