Mobile data share plus plan??

I’m confused. I won’t go into specific details, but why do I have group data share  “Mobile data share plus” on a plan with only one device??

Let's try to get to the bottom of this for you, @ConfusedCustomer!

 

We just need to know more about your experience.

  • Were you an AT&T customer who was previously subscribed to a Mobile Share Data plan for a single line?
    • If so, by end of business day September 24, 2020 Mobile Share Data plans are no longer available and existing customers are grandfathered in until they decide to migrate to a current plan.

Please be advised that once migration is complete moving back to a grandfathered plan is no longer an available option.

That is just the way ATT bills. All ATT plans are shared plans whether only one line or multiple lines, therefore there is a group data charge for the main data plan, then a line charge for each line. I have no idea what ATTHelp is talking about, their response obviously does not answer your question.
