MiFi liberate no longer shows data usage

My MiFi liberate unit has stopped displaying data usage, instead it just shows zero.  I've tried accessing it through the web interface and it also says zero.  Powering down and restarting the unit doesn't help.  

 

Does anybody have any recommendations to get it to start showing again?  Thanks

Is your hotspot on its own data plan or is it a part of the Mobile Share plan? Were there any changes to your plan or features recently?

The Hotspot is on its own data plan. No changes to the plan since it was
initiated in January. I performed a hard "reset" and it began displaying
data usage but it is lagging significantly, or not updating anymore. Very
frustrating since I need it to be accurate so I can manage my data over
charges.
