Message to contact wont go through

Every time I message a certain number I get a error message. I have deleted it and started over but it keeps doing it. Reset my ph and everything. Do you have any suggestions.  And it's a number I text to often so it had worked for several weeks

We can definitely help you send a message, @Daydev15.

Are you sending me messaging by Wi-Fi Calling, or cellular? Are you in the U.S., or abroad? Is it an international number? If its a domestic number, are you including the area code?

We suggest signing into the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool so we can run tests to check device settings and account provisioning.
