Issues with Group Texts not going through and coming in as Unknown or out of order and late

I have been dealin with major issues with group texts for several weeks now. I never had an issue until recently. I have reset my phone multiple times. and every time I do, text messages come flooding in, either super late or very out of order! Or they are flooding in as Unkown messages so I have no idea who's messsages I missed! This is highly infurirating and I know this is an ATT issue, as my friend is having the same issue on the same group text. I also see the comments on this board. I have been through all troubleshooting, so please do not send me to that page. I need a legit answer to the issue and when it will be fixed, or I am moving my business to Verizon. During this current time of a pandemic, this should absolutely not be limited.

I have the same issue and been having issues with AT&T and iphone for months. Even bought a brand new iphone because the problem was so annoying, but it's happening with the brand new iphone also. Absolutely pathetic, you can read for years that people have had this issue with ATT and they still have no fix to the issue, just telling people to reset their phones. It's beyond annoying. I would switch providers immediately if I wasn't stuck in a contract.

I’ve been having the similar issues with text messaging for the past week and plan to switch providers as soon as possible. With the worsening coronavirus pandemic, it’s very important to be able to communicate!

Still having the same problem for about for about months now...even after multiple resets with an agent. Beyond frustrated! I may have to move on as well. They dont seem to be able to get a hold of this problem. I have been eoth Att for many years. I am paying too much money not to have everything working properly.

I have been having this problem for months, I have tried every recommended troubleshooting idea from AT&T and independent forums and nothing works.  As someone who does business from home, missing critical texts constantly has been extremely detrimental to my career.  AT&T does not even bother to write back at this point.  I will be leaving to Verizon if they do not correct this quickly.
