Is there anyway to get ATT to whitelist a gmail address?

Have a machine alarm system in operation for 10+ years that sends a message out to 4 ATT phones via a Gmail address to MMS.

Since Saturday Afternoon, this has been disabled.

After reading on the forum, I realize I'm one of many.  Even in just the last 6 days.

It has worked flawlessly up until then.  Whatever filter was applied to ATT's gateway it is rejecting my gmail address?  Any way to get it marked for approval?  I promise I won't spam anyone.

And yes, I'm sure it's on ATT's side.

Good Afternoon Aminah,

Your link is dead.   I was out for a few days when you responded and I couldn't follow the link with my phone.  I thought it might be browser related, but now that I've tried again with different equipment it does not work.

Could you repost the link to getting an email address whitelisted?

Robert,

I have sent 3 emails to the abuse email address waiting 48 hours in between each.

I have only received the automated response that they might look into it.

It seems to be a dead end.  Do you have a phone number so I can speak to someone directly.  I tried e support and waited 1 hour and 10 minutes on hold yesterday until I finally had someone pick up.  They said the only thing they can do is reset an email password...

Update:

I setup a different gmail account.  Was allowed to send one email to text that was received by the phone.  The second test did not.  ATT rejected it.

Here was the message:  "

Address not found

Your message wasn't delivered to **********@mms.att.net because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

Phone number hidden for obvious reasons.

So I setup an outlook account.  And ATT rejected it immediately.

Here was my outlook message when it bounced back.

"Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it."

ATT, is there a phone number I can call please?  This should not be this hard...
