iPhone 11 voice breakup on receiving end

I have had an iPhone 11 for about three months and have been in contact with both ATT and Apple about a problem with the voice breaking up on the other persons phone when i call them. I have done several restarts and also a complete factory restart and ATT has supposedly reset LTE settings  . and the problem still exists . ATT replaced the phone once for an additional $39 dollars and this did not fix the problem. ATT point finger at Apple and Apple points the finger at ATT. but no one has fixed the problem. Has any body else experiencing this problem and has there been a fix for it .  i am getting no real help . any suggestions.

i never had this problem with my iPhone 6s

Hey there @kaufman104095!

One action that may help resolve voices breaking up on your end is to disable cellular and use Wi-Fi Calling exclusively.

To Disable Cellular Data:

  1. From the home screen, select the Settings app the select Cellular.
  2. Select the cellular data switch next to the desired app.

Follow these instructions to enable Wi-Fi Calling. Also, you may want to contact Apple Support to confirm whether restoring your device from backup on a computer is the cause of your device's current trend and whether there's a workaround to resolve your experience.

Hope this helps.
