iPhone 11 Pro Max still doesn’t have voicemail

I received my iPhone 11 Pro Max on 2019 October 15 I have not been able to access my voicemail since I received my new device. 

One of the multiple error messages I received was “the operation couldn’t be completed. ( error 1035.)” 


I read somewhere that through AT&T Troubleshoot Hub, @the technical representatives will erase your voicemail box and create a new one. I believe I am going to need to chat with a technical agent.
