iPad cellular service does not connect

My iPad with wireless plus cellular does not connect with ATandT when other devices are receiving a strong signal. I have tried seven tips by nothing works. Even putting SIM card in and out. I have done a factory reset.

After a couple of hours at the Apple Store Genius Bar running diagnostics, the exact cause was determined to be irreparable . Hardware or software, I don’t know. I took their word and I was tired of trying to find/fix the defect. I bought a anew iPAD 8 to replace the defective iPAD 5. Same storage.

all systems working now.
