iOS Data Widget
Is there ever going to be a data widget for iOS? I like the data widget for my android tablet and is very useful and informative. I know that iOS now allows for widgets for the OS through the notification center. It would be an excellent and great addition for the myAtt app without having to continuiously having to open it to check usage.

You can use the my ATT app, which is free in the App Store.
Apple does not allow carrier mods like the one you suggest.

Well my brother has verizon and they allow it, he just swipes down and his phone has a little data usage meter. So in that respect, I think its highly possible. If verizon can do it, why cant att. Of course thats not a dealbreaker, but it adds value, loyality, and something intresting in my opinion.

Your brother has an iPhone? Swipe down from an iPhone shows the Notification Center. That isn't a widget or app. It's a notification from email or text.

As of iOS 8, iPhones and iPad do support widgets. They are found in the notification center. The drop down menu is spilt between "today" and "notification". Under today at the bottom there is a option to "edit". That is where you turn on the widgets. Do you have an iPhone?

@Brown916
i don't know about OP, but I have both android and iPhone. My idea of a widget, is not what Apple is calling a widget.
On my android these are notifications.

I'm looking for this as well! Coming over from Verizon which had this functionality. It's much easier to see a snapshot of where you're at for a given month as opposed to opening the app and navigating around to see it. First world problems for sure but it was a really nice feature to be honest.

The you need an android phone. iOS has yet to make a widget. They have a Notification Center, which is annoying.
not the bottom left. That is the ATT widget, on my screen showing exactly where I stand for the month. There are 3 different widgets from this minimal one to a larger one with more info.
Apple users will have to open the My ATT app.
