Allow us to assist with your request for better internet connection while using your Hotspot. We just need more info regarding your experience.

• If your internet connection's slow or you're currently experiencing intermittent connection try restarting your devices and re-establishing a connection between your devices.
• Also, make sure to monitor the quantity of devices tethered to your Hotspot. The fewer devices tethered may improve your internet speed or access.

Please be advised that mobile Hotspot data allowances are temporarily increased by 15GB a month and that no action is required to make this happen, though it's recommended that starting a new mobile Hotspot session to trigger the increase may be necessary.
