Internet browser not working on AT&T data

I have a prepaid plan with at&t and have no problems with data except when trying to access the internet via safari, chrome, firefox, or any other browser. I have tried all troubleshooting steps that I can find and still can't seem to get it to work consistently.

We want to look into why you're unable to access the internet on your device, @vanvoja!

 

We just need to know more about your experience.

  • When you shared that you have no problems with data are you able to access apps on your device also? What is your AT&T PREPAID plan? Data use is not an option on the $0.25/minute plan and with the $2/day plan you are required to purchase data separately.
  • Are you receiving an error message after opening your browser? What happens after you open a web browser on your phone? This can provide some indication about what's causing your experience and get us closer to a resolution.

If required, follow these instructions to change your AT&T PREPAID plan. Should your experience persist, reach back and fill us in on your device's make and model. Be sure to include whether this is a recent trend or has always been your experience while on our network.
