I need some advice.

I am going to Cancun, Mexico in about 2 weeks. I have a Samsung Galaxy S III. I need to keep in touch back in Texas with my family. I need to know what would be the best way to go, prepaid or adding an international plan? I am only going to be using it for text or calls. I am really trying to prevent an outrageous bill. Any advice would help.

I recommend adding an International data plan for the two weeks you'll be in Cancun (so jealous, btw!).

Here's all the info you need to learn about the plan and how to add it (you can do it all online).

The easiest way I do when I travel abroad is replacing the sim card with a local prepaid one preferably with data or even keep it even without a sim card & just use WiFi connection to make calls or text through so many free App's like Viber, Tango , Majic jack , Whats App , Line ... & so more.
