International plan and iMessage service
i have unlimited texting in the U.S. If I get the passport plan for London I see I get unlimited texting but do I have to pay for incoming texting? If I have an iPhone and turn off data roaming and cellular data will I get imessaging free when I log into wifi

As far as incoming text messaging with the Passport plan, messages received are charged at domestic messaging rates.
If you’re on Mobile Share Value, it will still be unlimited texting.
iMessage is always free it only requires a working data connection. If you’re connected to Wi-Fi then you are free to use iMessage at your leisure however if you’d still like to receive those messages when you’re not connected to Wi-Fi then you can simply turn off iMessage in your device settings and the messages will be sent/received as text.
