International data plan

Hi,

I purchased the $50 international "passport" data plan for my trip to Europe. I was on airplane mode and using wifi almost the entire time, only using data when needed to look up bus schedules or maps. Despite this my phone barely went over the 1 GB data cap at the worst time when I needed to get directions, which incurred another $50 fee. I'd like this fee taken off my bill please.
