Incoming video message quality.

Has any Samsung and or Android users on ATT experiencing poor video quality when recieving video text messages on the default app?

If so I would not recommend purchasing any Android device until they have fix it. Current users if I am correct will be stuck not being able to have that feature until further notice. This is based with calls from corporate office.

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into your concerns. We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you. How long has this been going on? What is the make and model of the cell phone that you're using? Also, have you already made sure to turn on Advanced Messaging in your cell phone's messaging settings? Please let us know. In the meantime, we recommend using our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to fix this. Simply select your device and the issue, then follow the steps to find a solution. Hope this helps!
