I'm not receiving group texts unless I restart my iPhone X
I have several different group texts going on at the same time. I am not receiving texts. If I shut my phone off and turn it back on, then I receive the texts, but not in the appropriate order. I have an iPhone X.

Apple released iOS 13.3.1 in January, 2020. Is your software up to date?
