my daughter got a replacement phone and after i set it up her imessage and facetime won’t activate. We’ve googled and tried everything and it’s been over 24 hours.

you need to contact apple not at&t those are both apple services that use their servers

She needs to use an Apple account to access those. Either her own AppleID for iCloud or yours. If that doesn't work, as mentioned above, contact Apple, it's their product not AT&T's.
