I have written some texts to friends about personal info, is my carrier able to somehow find those texts after deleted and delete on edit?

I would like to say before asking this that I have not done some crazy thing that the police have to look in to but, I did say things that my iPhone carrier wouldn’t like me saying. My carrier has also said that if I ever delete messages that I will lose my phone. I just deleted the messages so she wouldn’t find out my (Edited per community guidelines)uality I don’t want to lose my phone. Can someone please tell me if there’s a way for her not to see that I deleted messages behind her back? Thank you.

Your "carrier" is the telephone company providing service for your phone.  Perhaps you meant your "account owner," "caregiver," "parent," or "guardian."  For those, the answer is no, unless you you're using a service that keeps a copy of those messages (e.g. iMessage) and this person knows your account credentials and can log in to it.
