I have a bellsouth.net email account. I changed my password and I can log in on my PC but I cannot log in on my iPhone or IPad.
I have now deleted the accounts on my Apple devices and have followed the AT&T instructions to set them up. Once you get to the Yahoo! Account information it gets into a loop of asking for a new password and even though you establish a new password it just keeps looping and you can’t finish setting up email on your devices. I have probably spent almost two days trying different setups to get my email back but nothing seems to work. I have two other bellsouth.net accounts on my Apple devices and they work fine because I haven’t updated the passwords recently.
