Hey there @Krystal1974!

Let's look into your inability to watch CBS and NETFLIX on your Roku using AT&T Hotspot. We just need to know more about your experience.

  • Are you signed on an eligible AT&T Unlimited plan?
  • Are you receiving an error message when attempting to view those services?
  • Does your wireless hotspot device functions without the Roku device attached?

Make sure the cables are attached securely and correctly.

Let us know how this worked for you.

You skipped over the "eligible unlimited plan"   not every plan is eligible for a dedicated hotspot.  In fact only one is eligible.  The postpaid unlimited plus.
