Hello @LeAnn66,

Thank you for your interest in our HBO offer! I Depending on your product will determine how you can redeem the offer. Our Free HBO & AT&T Unlimited Plus - How To Redeem article has more information.

Fore more information, visit our Unlimited Plus page. You will select the option which meets your current services. These options can range from current DirecTV or U-verse customers to DirecTV now customers, and even Wireless service only. Once you select your option, it will let you know how to get started.

You will need to ensure you meet the requirements to take advantage of this great offer. For DirecTV and U-verse customers, your billing addresses for your services must match. Have a combined bill with wireless and DirecTV or U-verse TV. For DirecTV Now customers they will use their mobile number when redeeming the offer at directvnow.com.

I hope this information helps! Enjoy your included HBO!

I am an AT&T Unlimited Plus wireless subscriber.  I do not have Directv or Directvnow.  I cannot get the free HBO.  I have chatted with Directvnow and spoken to their tech support and they don't know about the free HBO.

I followed your link and selected 'Don't Have DirecTV, U-Verse or Directvnow.  I entered my Unlimited Plus wireless cell phone number and got the following error "Oh no!  It looks like that mobile number isn't eligible for our limited time offers.  Upgrade now and qualify for EXCLUSIVE OFFERS."

Please help.

I have been trying to figure this out for the past hour and i finally got it. When you go into the HBO GO app and choose sign in. It will ask you to choose your provider. You should choose "Directv" and NOT "Directv Now". Once you have choosen "Directv" you login with your Directv account and password and it should give you access to HBO GO

ATT and DirecTV screwed this up pretty bad.

We are a DirecTV customer with all premium channels and HBO. We just changed our wireless plans to be unlimited plus. I guess that means they are giving us HBO that we already have. So we noticed a credit on our account. Then when I go to the use the HBO app to finish my marathon of the Sopranos on a Friday night I'm met with a login prompt. I can't log in with my normal DirecTV credentials because now HBOGO.COM/ACTIVATE says my DirecTV plan has no HBO.

Who should get fired over there or making such a stupid change to the way this plan works? How do I fix this so I can get my show working again? Nobody at ATT indicated a change to our DTV plan when they talked us into changing our wireless plan.

Completely frustrated and trying not to say what I really feel on here.

Hello there @thinkingallowed!

We appreciate the time you have taken to reaching out to us on our Community Forums. It’s certainly understandable when you wish to finish your marathon only to be deterred from logging into your app! I would be more than happy to assist you in correcting this.

Since you are already an existing HBO service user on DIRECTV, your account may need to be looked at for the necessary requirements. Please contact us, so we can look into this further.

My problem too and after 6-7 hours and talking to at least 10 people at ATT and Direct TV no one can solve it.

Me too. I signed up for ATT Wireless plus, which should give me HBO subscription through HBO GO or Directvnow. well, I can't get pass my phone number verification for two months. I have contacted ATT and directvnow support. Since Directvnow doesn't have a phone number, I can only chat with them. Everytime they PROMISED me that they would escalated my case, and it would take 5 - 7 days. Yesterday was my sixth call to them. It is still no ending in sight. what can I do? I receive the same error message as above: Oh no!  It looks like that mobile number isn't eligible for our limited time offers.  Upgrade now and qualify for EXCLUSIVE OFFERS.
