Take a look at the devices currently supported on the network to confirm if your device is compatible. You'll want to scroll down until you see the Wireless Internet Devices section. If you don't have the exact make and model listed then your device isn't compatible with AT&T's improved network.
If you're trying to set up new wireless service with AT&T and are experiencing technical difficulties while trying to, then we recommend visiting your nearest AT&T Store for further assistance with setting up an account.
