I recently upgraded my plan to add a hotspot because we were badly affected by Hurricane Laura and have not had access to WiFi for about 3 weeks. From the time that I upgraded to now, the hotspot only connected to any other device for about an hour. It will not longer register on any device. I’ve done EVERYTHING that I can’t think of: Turned my phone off and on, upgraded my device, reset my network settings, changed my plan back and forth, and tried talking to ATT support, but no one and nothing is fixing the issue. Please help if you can, so I can get this thing sorted out.
