I just changed my prepaid plan from $50/month to $65/month and my hot spot seems to have stopped working. Is there a setting in the phone I need to change?

Hello @cscharters,
We can definitely provide you with some more information on this.
Your previous monthly AT&T PREPAID plan did include the mobile hotspot feature, but the AT&T PREPAID $65 monthly plan that you changed to does not include a hotspot.
However, a $10 mobile hotspot add-on is available for your plan with 5GB of mobile hotspot data.
You can follow the steps at this link to Add or change your AT&T PREPAID add-ons.
