Historical text, talk and data logs not working

Up until about a week or so ago I was able to look at the historical text, talk and data records for my account. Now when I log in it shows nothing and says it looks like you didn’t send any messages or make calls or use data during any of the periods I select except current. Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem on your end?

  • Are you accessing the My AT&T App?
  • Have you tried other browsers?
  • Have you tried power cycling your device?
  • Also, have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?
