HARASSMENT VIA TEXT MESSAGES
I am assaulted EVERY DAY by multiple phony text messages coming from nearby area code 469.
HOW DO I STOP THEM??
I block the numbers as they come in, but there's always another number.

Sounds like you're being spammed because the "phone number" is phony. Unfortunately there's not much you can do because of the constantly changing number, which is probably spoofed anyway. Just don't respond and they will eventually go away.
