Email to Text is blocked

My emails to my ATT txt and mms phone numbers have been getting blocked the past few weeks.

My email provider gave me the spf file which I added to my Email provider Zone Control file.

The email messages are still getting blocked.

Today my Email provider told me that my Email account is being BLOCKED by ATT.  

How do I get the Email account UNblocked by ATT?

I don't have an ATT Webmail account.  I am referring to the Emails sent to my TEXT Mobile Number.  The emails are blocked by ATT and they do not show up in my Messages.  Neither txt or mms.

I met on Direct Messages several days ago.  I was told I would hear back on this case, but have not had any response to my messages.  Please provide an update on this issue.

Checked again on Direct Messages yesterday.  I was told that they were waiting for information FROM me.  I responded that I did not know that and asked what information they needed.  I messaged several times and still have no response on this case.

Please update me on this case and do not close the issue.

Still no answer after over a month.  I have sent many iterations of screenshots after being told the number is "unblocked."  The emails are still being blocked today.  The customer service person keeps asking for further details, and I send the screenshots with the error messages.  What further details are needed?  Communication and customer service is very poor.  Is there a way to escalate this issue?

The chat on my issue was closed: "This Direct Message Chat is closed. If you need help, please start a new post."  What does this mean?  I see no resolution.  I have submitted information several times as per the requests on the chat thread.  Why is the chat closed?  What is the resolution of my issue?
